1. Service Scope

ProtestReadyTX provides informational and educational tools to assist homeowners in preparing do-it-yourself property tax protest materials using publicly available data and automated analysis.

This service does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice and does not constitute legal representation.

2. No Professional Relationship

Use of this service does not create any attorney-client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and ProtestReadyTX.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all generated materials
• Verifying data accuracy and completeness
• Meeting all filing deadlines and requirements
• Submitting materials to the appropriate appraisal district

ProtestReadyTX is not responsible for missed deadlines, rejected filings, or errors in submitted materials.

4. Data and Accuracy Disclaimer

All outputs are based on public records, third-party data sources, and automated processes that may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or analysis.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee any property valuation adjustment, tax reduction, or protest outcome. Results vary based on local appraisal district determinations and individual property factors.

6. Fees and Refunds

All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a report or materials have been generated.

Refunds, if offered, are at the sole discretion of ProtestReadyTX.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProtestReadyTX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Independent Third Parties

Any referral to third-party professionals is provided for convenience only. Such services are governed by separate agreements, and ProtestReadyTX is not responsible for their actions or outcomes.

9. County Coverage

Harris County is the current active public launch county. Other counties may be referenced but are not available for use unless explicitly enabled.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, and you agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
